Make Your Mark in the Field of EP
The HRS Leadership Institute is the premier professional development initiative of the Heart Rhythm Society, designed to equip electrophysiology professionals with the leadership skills, business acumen, and strategic insight required to shape the future of cardiovascular care.
Modern healthcare demands more than clinical excellence. Today’s leaders must navigate healthcare economics, reimbursement reform, institutional strategy, workforce challenges, research innovation, and advocacy. The HRS Leadership Institute provides the structured training EP professionals need to lead confidently within their institutions, within HRS, and across the global healthcare landscape.
Through two complementary pathways, flexible online modules and immersive cohort-based programs, the Institute meets members where they are and prepares them for where they are going.
